This is a RARE musical snow or water globe made by Westland Giftware and it is Item No 2282 or #2282. It depicts a LIONEL Train 2332 Pennsylvania and plays the tune Pennsylvania 6-5000. It is a licensed piece by Lionel LLC. It is in excellent condition as shown and plays perfectly.  It measures approximately 6.5" tall by approximately 4" wide.  This is a rare find and a must for any railroad or Lionel collector.
