    Description

    A 15 qt. barrel capacity with manual timer control. Freezes mixtures in 7-15 min into a wonderfully smooth texture and consistency. The fast freezing time also reduces your power consumption saving you and/or your business money. This is an Italian machine specially designed to make gelato, but can just as easily make ice creams, sorbetto, sherbet, frozen custards, and ices. Cleaning is super easy with an attached water hose to wash out the barrel. The beater blade can be taken out for cleaning. Included with purchase is disinfecting chlorine powder to keep everything sterile and shiny and food grade safe lubricant for the rubber gaskets and O-rings. The batch machine stands on 4 wheels so it can be moved around with a bit more ease (it is approx. 527 lbs.) and the wheels lock in place too. The batch machine is 3phase power and water cooled which means it won't heat up the kitchen space the way air cooled machines do. Will ship anywhere in mainland US but buyer is responsible for crating and ground transport fare. Pickup is available and free.
