Made of plastic & silver plate beautifully made.
With a very decorative teddy bear.
You press in the middle of the central globe area to activate the light & press it again to turn it off.

Having noticeable wear, scuffs & stain marks consummate with usage and age.
It has the Italian hallmark Laminato Ag label underneath & requires 2 double AA battery's, battery's are not included.
